• Prices quoted are per PAX basis.

• Prices are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and are subject to 6% Service Tax.

• Tourism tax (TTX) of RM10 per room per night is applied to all non-Malaysian guests and payable at the resort.

• Marine Park Conservation Fee is applied to all guests and payable at the jetty (Malaysian: RM 5.00 per adult, RM 2.00 per child) & (Non-Malaysian: RM 30.00 per adult, RM 15.00 per child)

• Maximum room capacity: 2 Adults + 1 Child (4-11 years old) OR 3 Adults.

• Complimentary accommodation for infants (0-3 years old) is based on sharing existing bed(s) in room.

• Child rates is inclusive of 1 extra bed

• Extended night price rates only applicable for guests who stay more than 4 days 3 nights

• 50% deposit is required for confirmation. Balance shall be paid 2 weeks before check-in.

• TAd Marine Resort shall make every effort to operate all activities according to the confirmed bookings. However, changes OR cancellation of activities might be necessary due to various factors such as weather and sea conditions or any other factors beyond our control.

• TAd Marine Resort is an island location. The resort reserves the right to cancel, change or delay your reservation due to unfavourable weather conditions. We strongly recommend Comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover this scenario and/or in case of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage/personal items, weather interruptions, cancellations and other travel contingencies. The Resort will not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expenses or inconvenience, which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control including but not limited to domestic and international flight delays or cancellations, weather related interruptions, cancellations, illness and or any of the above.

• Any amendment of your booking MUST be made 2 weeks before your scheduled check-in date

• Once bookings are made and/or guest(s) checked in, bookings are non-refundable.

• For any cancellations or no show, the monies paid are deemed forfeited.

• This credit is not transferable to any other parties.

• Kindly assemble at Reception 30 minutes earlier before Activities Given Time for Short Briefing. There will be no Refund or Reduction of Rate on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.

• A corkage fee will be apply to guests who bring their own wine/beer to our Restaurant, Karaoke or Swimming Pool.

• The Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
